IN THE STORES TODAY!!!
As you all know, this is a big one for me! My first Conan strip in the shops today - and selling out fast according to multiple sources! My 57th birthday drink will be celebrated a day early in The Creaky Floorboard tomorrow night (we have quieter plans for Friday), and I’m just about to finish my second 48 page Conan strip today too!
Plus - the sun is shining!
This is a GOOD week.
Can’t wait to get a copy in my hands! I’ve not had my comps yet. But it’s amazing seeing all the wonderful feedback online. I’m so glad people are enjoying it!
I’m unofficially dedicating it to the late Paul Neary and Don Lawrence, both hugely influencial figures in my life. They knew how much I dreamed of one day drawing Conan, and I’m so sorry they are not around to see it. They would have been chuffed to bits for me!

Mignola would have called this *my apologies to Gustave Dore* .. this has to be printed in A3 in a special bw edition! and even then.. noone these days would - sadly, but understandable - put so much effort in a single page
